About Anthony

Anthony was truly an amazing person, he enjoyed life, friends and family to the fullest.

Anthony Greco III, born July 11, 1984 in Staten Island, NY, lived on Staten Island for 9 years before moving to Manalapan, NJ.

He attended Pine Brook grade school and Manalapan Englishtown Middle School (MEMS). After graduating from MEMS, he attended Manalapan H.S. for his academic studies and also the Freehold Boro H.S. Culinary Program.

After graduating in 2002 from Manalapan H.S he attended the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park N.Y. to continue his Culinary arts education.

Anthony worked from an early age at Dusals Restaurant in Manalapan. While attending the CIA he worked at the Bay Head Yacht Club for his externship. Anthony graduated from the CIA in 2005 with an Associate degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts Management.

After graduation he worked full time at the Bay Head Yacht Club. From April 2008 to his passing he worked as a sous-chef at the Molly Pitcher Inn in Red Bank, NJ.

Chef Zafarana (Chef Z), and Chef Kovak of the Culinary Arts program at Freehold Boro High School were inspirational to Anthony. It is because of them that he found his passion for Culinary Arts.
